Upcoming Gluten Free Event: Davio’s Restaurant Hosts Gluten Free Dinner & Wine Tasting

Yes, the weather might be a bit glum here in New York City with the ominous rain clouds and the potential snow (seriously, snow?!) but we are New Yorkers and we don’t let anything stop us from having a damn good time.
I’m really excited to share that this Friday, April 8th, Davio’s Restaurant, a Northern Italian steakhouse, is hosting an exclusive gluten free dinner and wine tasting. On the menu, Davio’s will be featuring a four-course gluten free prix fixe dinner to celebrate the amazing Jax Peters Lowell, best-selling author of “The Gluten Free Revolution.”
In addition to Davio’s highlighting its gluten free dinner menu, the dinner will also feature dishes from renowned chefs Thomas Keller and Bobbly Flay. If you still aren’t sure if you want to attend, below is the prix fixe menu to help wet your appetite (all gluten free) which features hand-rolled potato gnocchi with organic mushrooms, basil, and white truffle oil (insert drool face emoji). As an added bonus, all attendees will receive a signed copy of Jax’s awesome book, “The Gluten Free Revolution.”
